World e-class™ Webinars
Welcome to TMA World's World e-Class Webinar programme for 2009.
Our program is designed to help identify the tools you need to meet and overcome challenges in your role. Our sessions are deliberately brief and provocative to help you to think around problems and to identify how to get the best from your most powerful asset: your people.
Opportunity in Crisis? Time for leaders to embrace the paradox
Organizations have known for a long time that, in times of chaos and uncertainty, leadership capability is a powerful potential asset. But, in the current global turbulence, many feel leading is more complex, more personal and more demanding than ever.
The most inspirational leaders in this climate will be those who can enable others to see opportunities by embracing the paradoxes coming from all directions - an ability F Scott Fitzgerald described as "holding two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function".
This session was held on 17 June 2009.
