The Leading in Turbulent Times programme is a blended solution that combines a 4 hour interactive classroom session with 12 month’s access to the Global Team Navigator e-learning resource.
Other formats of the programme can be developed and customised to your needs on request.
e-coaching options are also available to support team performance improvement implementation through follow-up telephone or web-conferencing sessions with each participant and his or her team.
The Global Team Navigator e-learning resource used as part of the programme enables participants to:
- Gain individualised feedback on their global teamwork performance strengths and weaknesses. This is generated by a 10 minute online questionnaire that will bring insight to participants in terms of their working style.
- Access a database of 60 practical articles, checklists and job aids on global teamwork. These practical takeaways will give participants the tools they need to implement change in their teams.
- Consolidate their learning post-session through 6 interactive e-learning modules including videos, quizzes and scenario-based decision making.
