Global teams make companies faster, flexible and more responsive. They increase an organisation's scope and deliver efficiencies. Above all they give business a competitive advantage.
With global teams being so vital in today's business environment, how can you ensure your team is performing to the best of its ability?
Introducing Global Team Navigator™, a powerful online resource that combines individual and team assessments with personalised feedback and learning modules to radically improve the performance of your team.
Who can benefit?
Any manager or individual team contributor who either participates in or leads an intact team.
How does it help the user?
The Global Team Navigator is a powerful online resource that assesses the strengths and challenges of a team member and the team that they work in. It empowers:
- Individual team members by giving them the tools to develop skills and modify their behaviour in order to work more effectively within their global team framework.
- Intact teams by providing specific performance feedback together with best practice resources and e-learning modules designed to help managers and team members to quickly identify opportunities to increase performance.
How long does it take to complete?
Users can go in and out of the Global Team Navigator at will and spend as much time as they want reviewing their Individual and Team Assessments, accessing teamwork resources and undertaking the e-learning modules. The Individual and Team Assessment elements take about 15 minutes each to complete, and the five e-learning modules take approximately 50 minutes to complete.
