Methods

The Leading Virtual Teams programme is available in a 1 day classroom format or a 4 hour virtual classroom programme.

Global Team Navigator e-learning

As part of the programme participants will use the Global Team Navigator team performance e-tool. Participants will complete the Navigator Individual Assessment, the results of which will indicate where the individual is strong or needs to develop in relation to supporting the six performance zones of global virtual team success.
