Methods
Each of the 21st Century Leadership Zone 1 workshops consists of a 1/2 day or 1 day classroom session, in certain cases with preparatory pre-work and in every case with a post-programme action planning assignment. The sessions are designed to generate highly practical, ‘apply-now’ outcomes. Each one is based on the following process: EAST.
- E – Experience: experiential exercise(s) based on relevant business situation/event.
- A – Analysis: examination of what happened and why? What worked, didn’t work? What would be a useful process to follow?
- S – Skills: what skills and tools do we need to develop to support the process?
- T – Trying Out: applying learning and creating plans for yourself and your team
